NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009034-I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein , is the Plaintiff and JANICE JERELDS A/K/A JANICE B. JERELDS; JOHN H. JERELDS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, ROBSON BROS' SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
