NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-020006 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AT TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, Plaintiff, and, CARTER, BRIAN W, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4TH day of MARCH, 2013 the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7 OF BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT A UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE(S) 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLS BOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
