NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006477 of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein wherein HOMEBANC, N.A. is Plaintiff and YOHANNIS PEREZ; et al., are Defendant(s).
