J, in the COUNTY Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BRIDGEFORD OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CORNELL BOYD II, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 2, BRIDGEFORD OAKS PHASE 2, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 94, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as 8711 Morrison Oaks Court, Tampa, FL 33637.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
