NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-006117 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For The Holders of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-A, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate Of Loretta Holly Fleming, A/K/A Loreeta Holly Fleming, Deceased., Kimberly A. Fleming, Village Lake Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 11 THROUGH 27, THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION DATED APRIL 13, 1979, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4846, PAGE 395, AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS FURTHER AMENDED DATED MARCH 8, 1996 AND RECORDED MARCH 18, 1996 IN O.R. BOOK 9279, PAGE 1814 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
