NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000932 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Aaron Carlson, Lechelle McBroom, Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 104, BUILDONG B, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 110 AND 111, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4980, PAGES 1953 THROUGH 1993, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
