NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030433 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and JESSICA ESTRADA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA ESTRADA N/K/A TONY ESTRADA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A ERIC WORTHY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MRS. WORTHY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
