NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007766 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a D, is the Plaintiff and Dawn T. West, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as acquirer of certain assets and liabilities of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation acting as receiver, Jungle Terrace Civic Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Brandy McNeal, Tenant #2 n/k/a Brandon Hall, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, BLOCK 10, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
