NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-014973 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Of The Indymac Indx Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-ar2, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-ar2 Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Dated February 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Mary Ellen Porter, Raintree Village Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a Raintree Village Condominium, a Retirement Community, The City of Clearwater, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
