NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-021740 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Linda A. Cantrell, as Trustee of the Wylie B. Cantrell and Linda A. Cantrell Living Trust, Wylie B. Cantrell, as Trustee of the Wylie B. Cantrell and Linda A. Cantrell Living Trust, Linda A. Cantrell a/k/a Linda Cantrell, Wylie B. Cantrell a/k/a Wyle Cantrell, Brockton Place Condominium Association Inc., Sun City Center Community Association Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Wylie B. Cantrell and Linda A. Cantrell Living Trust, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
