NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-027573 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Reina C. Solaya a/k/a Reina Solaya, Armenia Village Condominiums Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 8088A, IN BUILDING 8 OF ARMENIA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16789, AT PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
