NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020217 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Nicolas Soto Jr, Jane Doe n/k/a Jennifer Acosta, John Doe n/k/a Alfredo Acosta, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
