NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013247 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Martin Melendez a/k/a Martin C. Melendez, Paula Melendez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jessica Melendez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
