NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022203 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., is the Plaintiff and David P. Salke, SunTrust Bank, The Racquet Club Northeast Condominiums Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT NO. 206, BUILDING A, THE RACQUET CLUB NORTHEAST CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 52 TO 56, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4354, PAGE 2039, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NO. 75157214, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4398, PAGE 700, O.R. BOOK 5007, PAGE 1323 AND O.R. BOOK 5220, PAGE 1322, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
