NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 10, 2012, in Case No. 11-CA-008864 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and JAMES T. PAPPAS A/K/A JAMES PAPAS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, 2893.0 FEET SOUTHERLY OF THE NE CORNER OF SAID SECTION 3, RUN THENCE N. 89°23' W., PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 3 FOR A DISTANCE OF 325.0 FEET; THENCE S. 00°18' W., 80.00 FEET AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 3; THENCE S. 89°23' E., 325.0 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 3; THENCE N.00°18' E., 80.00 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 3, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ANY PORTION LYING WITHIN ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
