ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS H. LUCAS; CHERYL J. LUCAS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 85 FEET OF THE WEST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTH 188 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, IN BLOCK SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, OF LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL LYING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
