NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-003182-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-7AX is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MORGAL; SHARON MORGAL; ROBERT B. MORGAL AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE MORGAL FAMILY TRUST DATED MAY 14, 2009; SHARRON D. MORGAL AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE MORGAL FAMILY TRUST DATED MAY 14, 2009; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MORGAL FAMILY TRUST DATED MAY 14, 2009; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SRS ACQUISITION D/B/A SUNCOAST; TENANT #1 N/K/A SAMUEL HUTKIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A WENDY HUTKIN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
