NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-003182-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-7AX is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MORGAL; SHARON MORGAL; ROBERT B. MORGAL AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE MORGAL FAMILY TRUST DATED MAY 14, 2009; SHARRON D.
