NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-002018 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables, LLC, 2005-FR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR4, Plaintiff and Paul L. Simmons and Diane N. Simmons, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
