Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 1, less the following portion thereof: BEGINNING at the rear corner common to Lots 22 and 23, Block 1; run thence along the boundary common to Lots 22 and 23, Block 1, to the right of way line of 58th Way North; thence run Westerly along said right of way line 3.01 feet to a point on a curve; thence return in a straight line to the POINT OF BEGINNING, SUNHAYEN HOMES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
