NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29 2009 CA 023337 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11th day of February, 2013, at: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 2, BUCKHORN FOURTH ADDITION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
