NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 5th day of March 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Beginning at a Point 282.7 feet South of the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, run thence West 417 feet for a Point of Beginning; run thence West 267 feet to County Road; thence South 31 degrees, 27 minutes east along said road 250.77 feet; thence East 136.1 feet; thence North 213.9 feet to the Point of beginning, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
