NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-021545, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY QUINLAN A/K/A TIMOTHY J.QUINLAN; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 27, CONVINGTON PARK PHASE 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
