CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 24-202A, LAKE AZZURE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17606, PAGE 54, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 105, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before March 4, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
