CLAWSON; TRADEWINDS EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 87, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 114 THROUGH 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 0.420% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGE 1023 THROUGH 1063, AND CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4416, PAGES 250 THROUGH 253, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
