NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09 015989 CI 8, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AR8 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2004 is Plaintiff and VIRGILIO BAUTISTA; WINNIE BAUTISTA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, LEE MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
