NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 016007 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ERIK A. VAN UDEN A/K/A ERIK VAN UDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIK A. VAN UDEN A/K/A ERIK VAN UDEN; DONALD VAN UDEN; BARBARA VAN UDEN; MICHELLE VAN UDEN A/K/A MICHELLE BASA-VAN UDEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MERRICK LANDING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, OF MERRICK LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, AT PAGES 81 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
