NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009977 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and CARYN R. EVERINGHAM; WILLIAM J. EVERINGHAM; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARYN R. EVERINGHAM; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM J. EVERINGHAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 710, THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8697, PAGE 2263, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
