NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-0000470-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-A UNER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAR 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and LYDIA A. SMITH; LAWRENCE A. SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OAK HILL RESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, OAK HILL RESERVE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 104-106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
