NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-030507-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and KEVIN BROWNING A/K/A LAWRENCE KEVIN BROWNING, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 4014, The Orlando Academy Cay Club I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 8919, Pages 2522 through 2779, as amended from time to time, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium, as set forth in said Declaration, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
