NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-023645, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2006-HE2 TRUST is the Plaintiff and FRANCIS MARTIN A/K/A FRANCIS V. MARTIN A/K.A FRANCIS V. AROCHA; AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE F/K/A LONG BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARCELINO MARTIN A/K/A MARCELINO D. MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCIS MARTIN A/K/A FRANCIS V. MARTIN A/K.A FRANCIS V. AROCHA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 108 IN BUILDING 17 OF VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8103 AT PAGE 2271 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
