LOT 9, BLOCK B, WEST COLONIAL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 820 KENSINGTON DR, ORLANDO, FL 32808; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
