HAMID; ROSITA JOHN HAMID; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; WATERFORD POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
