NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Sale entered January 22, 2013 as to Count VIII, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse, the following described properties by Electronic Sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on February 27, 2013 at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com:

Unit Week 20 in Unit 1703, an Odd Biennial Unit Week, VISTANA FOUNTAINS II CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Fountains II Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4598, Page 3299 et seq, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
