Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judge of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2012-CA-006412-O , in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and YOLANDA HURTADO, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 33, VISTA LAKES TOWN CENTER, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 7 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of April, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
