TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLE-WIDE MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED AS 1993 MERITT LIVESTOCK TRAILER, SERIAL NUMBER FLHMBC58434837A || TITLE NUMBER 67259283 AND FLHMBC58434837B ||TITLE NUMBER 67259284.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of February, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
