The South 63 feet of the West 60 feet of Lot 13, NEW DIVISION OF BLOCK B, IN DELANEY'S ADDITION TO ORLANDO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 21, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
