NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011630-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and FRANCES EUGENIA GAINES A/K/A FRANCES GAINES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCES EUGENIA GAINES A/K/A FRANCES GAINES IF ANY; MARGARET WHITE A/K/A MARGARET W. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET WELLS WHITE A/K/A MARGARET W. WHITE IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are defendants.
