NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031147-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Humberto Alvelo; Unknown Spouse of Humberto Alvelo; Termarys Alvelo; Unknown Spouse of Termarys Alvelo; Black Lake Park Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, OF BLACK LAKE PARK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
