Final Judgment was awarded on June 14, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2008-CA-013649-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTINE K. DUPONT; MAGNOLIA OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE NKA WILLIAM DUPONT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
