NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 19TH, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-024810-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR29, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR29 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and , ANTONIO FERRARA; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO FERRARA; and SUNSET LAKE OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 101 OF SUNSET LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8472, PAGE 3367, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
