NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000842-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and , LUDERS ANDRE; and GRACIEUSE BAYARD; and SAWMILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 77, SAWMILL PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 32, 33, 34 and 35, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
