NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014479-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERSOF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QX1 is the Plaintiff and , MECENE PIERREVAL; and MARICIA PIERREVAL; and SILVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNIFUND CCR PARTNER, G.P are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, SILVER RIDGE, PHASE III ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 55-56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA .
