EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TRANSPORT STUDY
The City of Winter Garden, Florida, is accepting qualification submittals from qualified professional firms to provide consulting services to the City for a comprehensive study and analysis to be performed on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transport services within the City. Requested services are described within the Scope of Services section of this document.
Qualification Packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Winter Garden, marked Emergency Medical Services Transport Study RFQ #CM13-003, and delivered to the Reception Desk at the Winter Garden City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, no later than 4:00 p.m. (local time) on Monday, August 12, 2013. Any submittal packages received after the above-noted time will not be accepted under any circumstances
Interested consultants may secure a copy of the RFQ documents at City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787. RFQ documents are also available online at www.wintergardenfl.gov.
The City of Winter Garden reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all response packages and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. All responses must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the RFQ name. It shall be the RESPONDER'S responsibility to ensure that responses are delivered to the above address by the appointed time.
