condominium unit no. 10107, building 7609, of summerlin at winter park, a condominium, according to the declaration thereof, as recorded in official records book 9108, at page 3791, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 7609 GEORGIA PEACH DR #10107, WINTER PARK, FL 32792; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 22, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
