JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARIA E. LANHAM A/K/A MARIA LANHAM; JERRY R. LANHAM A/K/A JERRY LANHAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEBRIDGE COMMONS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PULTE HOME CORPORATION; are defendants. BOOK 8306, PAGE 991, TO ADD PHASE THREE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
