NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-029482-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST-NP SFR VENTURE, LLC. is Plaintiff and ADRIAN J. KING A/K/A ADRIAN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN J. KING A/K/A ADRIAN KING IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CENTRAL PARK LV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA - OK TO DROP; are defendants. UNIT NO. 1005, OF CENTRAL PARK ON LEE VISTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8316, PAGE 2619, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
