NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 082009CA003518, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE8 is the Plaintiff and SHERRY D. BAILEY, CHASE BANK USA, N.A., LOWELL BAILEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 9 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 193, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A-16Z-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
