Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003120 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., as Successor by Merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Michael R. Giroux and Carol L. Giroux, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on July 26, 2013, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 2602, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 29, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 22A THRU 22G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
