Begin at the Southwest corner of said Section 5, thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 59 seconds East along South line of said Section 5, a distance of 108.15 feet the Point of Beginning; thence continue same line, a distance of 507.865 feet; thence North 22 degrees 19 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 268.99 feet; thence North 10 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 262.905 feet; thence South 83 degrees 48 minutes 07 seconds West, a distance of 231.78 feet; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 289.66 feet; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 130.51 feet; thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 195.88 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to County Road right-of-way (Farabee Road) along South side.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JOHN JAY WATKINS, EQUIRE, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Post Office Box 250, LaBelle, Florida 33975, on or before Aug 1, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
