Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK 120, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 4, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as : 4937 23RD AVE SW, NAPLES, FL 34116; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
